A 7-staircase, 10-storey condominium with a lift in every staircase. The building has 424 units and 18 commercial premises. Caretaker and cleaning services are in place, and a thermal insulation investment of nearly HUF 700 million has been completed.
District II · Full-scope management and building insurance review
A two-storey bourgeois condominium built in 1940, with a basement, a mezzanine floor and an 1,185 m² garden. The building has 12 apartments, one commercial unit and two garages. Cleaning and garden care services are in place. When we took over the assignment, we aligned the building insurance with the actual rebuilding value, so the insured amount rose to nearly HUF 850 million.
